Such a brilliant stay, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. This place has everything you could ask for and more. The log burner warmed up what was a very cold winter night perfectly and the amenities that were within the place you could tell had been so cleverly thought out, even down to the clever uses of spacing with the fold away table and under bed storage.
Communication with the host was also fast and easy and again we couldn’t have asked for anything better.
We will absolutely be returning, this is the perfect little get away and if you’re reading the reviews deciding whether or not to book, please do, it will not let you down!

Can't fault anything about it. The Hut was just as described, me and my dog had the perfect couple of days there. The host Steve, was very helpful. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for a lovely little get away, its was honestly perfect, it was lovely views and the hut was a perfect size.
They also had local produce avaliable (I would recomend the honey and apple juices).
We would stay again and are currently looking at dates to do so.

We stayed in the Russet hut. It was absolutely beautiful and so much thought had gone into it. It has pretty much everything you could need in it. The fresh juice and endless amounts of fire wood were a brilliant touch. The only thing missing was a big stew pot to cook up the hearty comfort food needed for a winter break.
The area is lovely and peaceful, with plenty of walking routes to keep you busy.

We chose to stay to have a relaxing New Year’s Eve and that is just what we had! The hut was beautiful and the location and scenery was spectacular. We enjoyed the fire outside whilst watching fireworks in the distance at midnight. The apple juice was amazing too.

Beautiful hut in peaceful surroundings. The check in process was easy and well described. Having the enclosed space was great for our dog, however the fence was quite low so a bigger breed would probably be able to jump it, it was perfect for us though. Really cosy and spacious inside. Very comfy bed!

We cycled from Bury St Edmunds in winter. The hut was better than expected. It was very snug with the stove lit. I read the reviews so knew we were self catering but thanks for the apple juice. We had a wonderful stay

Location is really nice. Facilities great. Loved the woodburner and the fire pit (we were never cold and it was definitely chilly outside). Tub is a cool feature too. We had a fantastic couple of days, quiet and relaxing. Thank you for the delicious apple juice! Looking forward to returning when the weather is warmer. An electric kettle maybe and also some of the little things could be updated (chopping board, linens, this sort of things). That being said, these are minor improvements only.

This was literally one of our favourite stays ever. So beautiful, tranquil, the hut was furnished so well (I want to decorate my house like it!). We were so well looked after - they even made a map of a hike for us. We cannot wait to visit again!!! Didn’t want to leave!!

A truly gorgeous night at the hoo hut. Cosy, peaceful and beautiful, this hut is full of quiet luxuries and good taste. Can't wait to come back in the new year.
